Accento is a manufacturer of noise reduction products in any industrial, commercial and even domestic activity, with experience in the international market for more than 20 years. Accento consists of a engineer team dedicated to the design and development of any type of acoustic element.

Description:

• Exhaust materials can be carbon Steel, Cr-Mo alloys, stainless Steel, etc.
• Diameters range, from 25 up to 3.000 mm.
• Attenuation can be from 10 dB(A) up to 50 dB(A).
• Absorbent material it can withstand its properties up to 800º C.
• Exhaust silencers are commonly tailored designed, depending on the noise spectra, and customer require-ments.
• The engineering of these elements can be highly exigent as is for military or civil applications. We use FEA for structural guarantee, and fluid dynamic software to cal-culate the pressure drop. Upon request.
• Silencers can be supported by external structures designed and manufactured by our mechanical department. We also include expand and structural calculations for the exhaust pipelines. We can include acoustic and vibration measurements, noise maps, etc.
• Other Accessories: spark arrestor, CO2 treatment, expand compensators (up to 700º C), anti-vibration mounts -40º C up to 800º C, flanges, pipeline thermal insula-tion, etc.
